Gabriel Neff 

Owner/Founder

Gabe has dedicated 15 years to college football. A graduate of Cincinnati Archbishop Moeller High School, he went on to play as a scholarship defensive tackle at Seton Hill University.

After his playing career, Gabe transitioned into coaching, taking on roles as the Defensive Line Coach at Xavier University and the Offensive Line Coach at North College Hill High School. In 2021, he joined the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh as a Recruiting Analyst.

In addition to his football career, Gabe has been active in higher education since 2014. His work and volunteer experience span several institutions, including Earlham College, Indiana University, Miami University, Northern Kentucky University, the University of Cincinnati, the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, West Virginia University, and Xavier University.

Passionate about supporting young men in achieving their educational aspirations, Gabe holds three degrees, including a Master of Education from Earlham College (2020) and a Master of Library and Information Science from Indiana University (2023).
